Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 225g flour
- 150g sugar
- 40 g walnuts, crushed
- 2 eggs
- One handful of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of rum.
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Making Banana bread recipe
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs and mix vigorously
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mousse.
- Add the nuts, raisins, and rum. To finish
- Place the dough in a lightly buttered cake tin, and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
